Every Sonix headphone works with any Bluetooth device out of the box, including iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. The free Sonix app (iOS and Android) unlocks advanced EQ presets, ANC intensity control, and firmware updates, but it is never required for core functionality. We believe your hardware should work perfectly without an app.

2-year international warranty covers all manufacturing defects, driver failure, and electronic faults. Ear cushions and cables are covered for 1 year. Accidental damage (drops, liquid) is not covered by the standard warranty but can be added via our optional Sonix Shield plan at checkout for a small annual fee.
